Depending on what type of account you have, we offer different support levels. Our Enterprise customers will always receive the highest level of support, but we consider all our customers important.

 Email support – Anyone is allowed to send us support issues by email; the response time is related to your type of account

 Phone support – The amount of phone support included in your account may vary. Depending on your needs, you can adjust the amount of support included in your account

 Online support sessions – Sometimes it’s easier to show how something works, rather than just describing it over the phone or in an email. Online support sessions are given using web-conferencing software

 Private forum for your company – In a multi-user and possibly multi-location environment it is always good to be able to discuss things with colleagues who know your organisation well.
