Content Editor in EPiServer

Yooba’s content editor is a simplified editing environment which integrates into and is directly available from the EpiServer platform. The Yooba content editor is mainly aimed at those who want to change existing content created in Yooba Studio quickly, easily and safely.

Where an agency or in-house creative has already created a template for a Flash object, it is usually wise to protect it from accidental change or corruption arising from unauthorised attempts to modify it, usually by those unqualified to do so. Settings for animations and similar more complex content can therefore be locked, ensuring that valuable work is preserved, whilst enabling content such as text fields, graphics and forms etc to be edited safely by anyone else.

Try this to give our live demo site a quick test drive:

Click on ’Log in’ on the site: http://epidemo.yooba.com/

Use epidemo as User name and demo123 as password. When logged in, right click on the page and choose ‘Edit Mode’.

To open up the ‘Flash-header’, which is the editable Yooba project in the demo, choose ’Start’ and then ’Edit’.

From here you can choose to edit the Yooba ‘slot’ which is loaded.

Choose the demo project you want to work on in the Content Editor.

In Yooba’s Content Editor, it’s the highlighted content which is editable in the different scenes. From here it’s possible, from a created template, to change the message and content - just as you would in an ordinary CMS for HTML.

By choosing ‘Schedule’, you’ll then open our tool for scheduling, which makes it possible to manage and publish various content elements at different times.
